A Cape Town cleaning partner

Zorelio Cleaning was built on a simple idea: a clean workplace is better to work in and says something about the business that keeps it. We are a private company (proprietary limited) registered with the CIPC under 2021/452310/07 and registered for VAT. The business is directed by Lerato Mahlangu and Grant Williams, and runs on vetted, trained staff and clear, checklist-driven standards.

We supervise our work rather than leave it to chance, so "the office is being cleaned properly" is something a client can see evidence of.

Our core service is scheduled daily or periodic cleaning of offices, retail and business premises: desks and surfaces, floors, kitchens and common areas, and washrooms kept properly stocked and hygienic. Work is done to an agreed scope and checklist, at times that suit the business — before hours, after hours, or during the day.

  • Daily, weekly or periodic office cleaning;
  • Floor care — vacuuming, mopping and buffing;
  • Kitchen and common-area cleaning;
  • Washroom cleaning and restocking.
03 — Specialised

Specialised and deep cleaning

Alongside regular cleaning, we handle the periodic jobs that keep a space genuinely fresh: carpet and upholstery cleaning, hard-floor stripping and sealing, high-level and window cleaning, and post-renovation or move-in cleans. These are planned in advance, quoted clearly, and done by staff trained and equipped for the task.

04 — Hygiene

Hygiene and consumables

Clean premises need to stay stocked and sanitary between cleans. We manage washroom hygiene — soap, paper, sanitiser and bins — and can supply and replenish consumables so a client never runs out. Products and methods are chosen to be effective and, where possible, gentler on people and the environment.

Consistent, supervised, and accounted for

Cleaning is easy to promise and harder to deliver day after day. Our approach is to set a clear standard, train the people who deliver it, supervise the work and report against it honestly. When something is missed we put it right; when a job is done it is signed off — so clients can trust the result without having to inspect it themselves.
